A grenade launcher is a weapon that fires a specially-designed large-
caliber projectile, often with an explosive, smoke or gas warhead. The
most common type are portable, shoulder-fired weapons issued to
individuals.
A soda-can launcher uses an AR-15 or AR-10 lower receiver combined
with a special upper receiver designed to shoot full cans of soda, beer, or
other heavier-duty projectiles like spraypaint or enchilada sauce using a
5.56 or 7.62 blank cartridge.
